Groumeet (the "Website") is owned and operated by an individual doing business as "groumeet" (the "Owner"). It is important to the Owner that you and other visitors have the best possible experience while using the Website, and that, when you use the Website, you understand your legal rights and obligations. Please read this terms-of-use agreement carefully — it is a legal agreement between you and the Owner governing your access to and use of the Website, including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through it.

Your access to the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of this agreement. Please pay special attention to: (1) disclaimer of warranties (section 15);(2) limitation of liability (section 16);(3) governing law and jurisdiction (section 18);(4) arbitration (section 19);(5) jury trial waiver (section 21);(6) className action waiver (section 22);(7) limitation on time to file disputes (section 23).

Age Restriction: Only adults (1) who are at least 18 years old and (2) who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence may access the Website. The Owner strictly forbids access by anyone who does not meet these requirements.

Section 230(d) Notice: In accordance with47 U.S.C. § 230(d), you are notified that parental control protections (including computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available that may help limit access to material harmful to minors. You may find information about providers of these protections by searching "parental control protection" or similar terms online.

Adult Content Notice: Groumeet is a platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over. The Website is not an explicitly sexual content platform; however, users may share soft or sensitive content (suggestive images, adult language, etc.). Any such content posted in public spaces or groups is blurred by default and only revealed if the user actively and voluntarily chooses to view it. By choosing to unblur content, the user assumes full responsibility for that decision.

Blur System: Any image or media flagged as sensitive in the general feed or group spaces will be automatically blurred. The user must give explicit consent to unlock the view. This does not apply to private chats, where responsibility lies exclusively with the participants.

Prohibition of Illegal Content: The Owner absolutely prohibits any pornographic, sexual, or exploitative content involving minors. If you encounter such material, please report it immediately togroumeetofficial@gmail.com, including all relevant evidence (date, time, and description). The Owner will promptly investigate all reports and fully cooperate with any law-enforcement agency investigating such matters.

User Types & Data Handling

Groumeet offers two types of accounts: @Fast Users (temporary) and Registered Users (persistent).

1. @Fast Users

@Fast accounts are temporary and are not stored in the Website's database.
No permanent records of private messages, friendships, or account details are retained for @Fast users.
The Website uses a device-based identifier ("fingerprint ID") solely for security purposes — detecting abuse, enforcing bans, and maintaining platform integrity.
Private messages sent by @Fast users are semi end-to-end encrypted (Semi-E2EE): encryption is applied, but message routing may involve temporary server processing before deletion.
Once a session ends or is terminated, all associated @Fast user data (messages, friendships) is permanently deleted from the Website's systems.

2. Registered Users

Registered accounts are stored in the Website's database along with encrypted private messages and friendship data.
Private messages and friendships for Registered Users are fully end-to-end encrypted (E2EE), meaning the Owner cannot access message contents under any circumstances.
Encryption keys are managed so that only the intended recipient can decrypt the content.
The Website does not use fingerprint IDs for Registered Users.

3. Private Chats & User Responsibility

Private chats between users are end-to-end encrypted. The Owner has no technical access to the contents of those conversations.
The exchange of content in private chats is the sole responsibility of the participants. The Owner cannot moderate, review, or control such content.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they share in private chats complies with applicable laws.
It is strictly prohibited to share in private chats any content involving minors, exploitation material, or any other illegal content.

4. Data Security & Retention

The Website implements industry-standard security measures; however, no system is 100% secure and the Owner cannot guarantee the absolute security of transmitted or stored information.
@Fast user data is not retained after the session ends, except for fingerprint IDs used to enforce platform rules.
Registered user data is retained in accordance with the Website's data retention policy, except where deletion is requested and legally permitted.

5. Violations & Enforcement

Any user (@Fast or Registered) found to be in violation of these Terms may be banned, suspended, or have their account terminated without prior notice.
The Owner may use fingerprint IDs, IP addresses, and other technical measures to identify and prevent abuse.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not upload, share, or request any illegal sexual material or any content involving minors.
Do not impersonate other users, harass members, or engage in inappropriate contact with others.
Do not attempt to bypass platform restrictions, security mechanisms, or the blur system.
Do not share explicitly sexual or pornographic content in public spaces or group feeds; such content is strictly limited to what is permitted under the blur system described in these Terms.
Do not use the platform for illegal activities, spam, phishing, or distribution of malware.

Content Moderation & Blur System

The Owner reserves the right to moderate, remove, or block any content posted in public spaces that violates these Terms. The automatic blur system is a technical protection measure, but it does not relieve users of responsibility for the content they post. The Owner bears no responsibility for user-generated content in end-to-end encrypted private chats, as it has no technical access to such content.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Owner resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international standards or local jurisdiction.
